Sydney Sundancer was the first live aboard charter yacht in the whole of the Whitsundays, to provide its’ guests with a glass bottomed dive tender.
This not only allows snorkelers and scuba divers alike to preview the amazing underwater world that they are about to enter, but allows non swimmers as well, to gain a full appreciation of the colourful diversity of marine life to be encountered. Our Hydrophone (underwater microphone) also allows guests to appreciate and marvel at the underwater communication between whales, dolphins, and other marine life. Our custom built tender features a long ladder which enables guests (even fully kitted up scuba divers!) to easily climb aboard after their snorkelling experience. It is very stable being a catamaran, and easily boarded from the stern of Sydney Sundancer.
